Do your love life a favor and head straight over to Dolce Italia Desserts! Call ahead and order an authentic 18” Salsiccia Pizza (sausage and mushrooms, $15.95) to go. Have Chef Salvo or Latizia help you choose a couple of their uber decadent and stunningly beautiful creations as dessert. They’ve got a wide range of individually sized selections that start at $3.65 each. Box those babies up and then head over to Lakeview Park. The shaded picnic tables are the perfect place to enjoy your blissful al fresco dinner date.
You and your honey will be wrapped around each other during Happy Hour in the “Living Room” at Intertwined Bistro & Wine Bar. Glasses of wine start as low as $6 Tuesday through Friday from 4-6:30pm. Pair your drink selections with The Slider Burger Trio (blue cheese, tomato, caramelized pears, smoked bacon, garlic aioli, $7) and if you play your cards right, you could coincide with Cruisin’ on Grand (on Friday nights). They’re open till 9 p.m. during the week and 10 p.m. on weekends. Order Hot Chocolates or White Chocolate Mochas to go (around $3.50-4.75 each) then head West to walk the beach-side stretch of promenade. If things are going well, saunter into Relm wine bistro for a glass of wine or microbrew ($7-8) to top off the night.
