Prince William Rocks With Bon Jovi and Taylor Swift

Prince William showed off his pipes with Jon Bon Jovi and country pop star Taylor Swift at the Winter Whites Gala at Kensington Palace.

William welcomed Bon Jovi and Swift to the royal residence Tuesday where they all headlined the first-ever live concert at the palace Tuesday night, according to the U.K.'s Daily Express.

Video shows the trio leaning into the microphone and bellowing the chorus to Bon Jovi's '80s hit, "Livin' On A Prayer."

"This is my first time playing at the palace or any palace for that matter and I have to thank Prince William," Swift told Sky News.

The Duke of Cambridge is a huge fan of Bon Jovi, famously performing a karaoke cover of the song at the wedding of his cousin Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall in 2011, according to the Daily Express.

The gala was expected to raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for Prince William's patronage Centrepoint, a homeless charity that has helped 95,000 young homeless people to date.

Later, the future king presented Bon Jovi with an award for his humanitarian work with the rocker's Soul Foundation, which helps families and individuals in economic despair.

The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, was missing from Tuesday night's festivities, caring for the couple's 4-month-old son Prince George in their 20-room apartment next door.
