Oprah Auctioning Off Wardrobe From Harpo Closet

After closing Harpo Studios in Chicago last year, Oprah is cleaning out her closet at the office she called home for nearly 30 years.

No need for closet envy, because you now have a chance to shop right from Oprah's very own wardrobe.

"My clothes were for being seen on TV or at an event," Oprah told The Coveteur. I just don't need all this intense color, the embellishment, the heels anymore. When you're in front of TV cameras every day, you have to stand out, but I'm in a different place now, and those things no longer serve me."

More than 250 pieces of designer jackets, bags, shoes and accessories will go up on an eBay auction

Bidding begins 12 a.m. on March 1 and runs through March 4. New items will be added everyday until the auction closes.

All proceeds will go to the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls.
