Report: Rihanna & Chris Brown Recording Together

With Chris Brown's arraignment on charges of assault and criminal threats delayed until April 6, the singer is reportedly back at work in the studio – with Rihanna.

According to E! Online, Brown and Rihanna are working on a duet for the "Kiss Kiss" singer's next album, which is slated to drop later this year.

"They've been working on it together," a studio source reportedly told E!.

Award-winning record producer Polow Da Don, who has worked with Will Smith, Usher, Ciara, Fergie and the Pussycat Dolls, has been reportedly locked in a Santa Monica studio with both Brown and Rihanna working on the track.

Reps for both Brown and Rihanna have not responded to E!'s request for comments.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Brown allegedly assaulted Rihanna during the early hours of February 8, biting and hitting her before leaving the scene. Brown turned himself in and was arrested several hours later by the LAPD on charges of making criminal threats. He was released on $50,000 bail.

A week after the incident, Brown released a statement to Access Hollywood.

"Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired," he said in his statement. "I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better person."

Last week, a judge approved a request by Brown's attorney to delay the R&B star's arraignment in Los Angeles Superior Court on two felony charges for an alleged incident involving Rihanna.
