Jessica Simpson: I Don't Squat Unless I'm Peeing

Jessica Simpson doesn't know squat about working out.

The buxom blonde who came under scrutiny for packing on the pounds earlier this year is back in the gym trying to squeeze back into those itsy bitsy Daisy Dukes -- but she isn't a fan of her new workout routine.

"On my way to workout with my trainer," she wrote on her Twitter page Monday. "Everytime we have to do squats, and he yells at me, 'Get lower like your [sic] in the club.'"

"I don't squat in a club unless I'm peeing!" she wrote.

Simpson is training with longtime Mike Alexander, who helped Jess fit into the infamous denim short shorts for her role in "The Dukes of Hazzard" movie, USmagazine.com reported.

The 5-foot-3 songbird who was a size two when she squeezed into the infamous denim shorts for her role in the film worked out four to six days a week before filming the movie and three to four days during the shoot, her trainer said.

Simpson, who was first photographed with her fuller frame in early February, said in the past she is a nervous eater who prefers curves.

"Curves are better," she told Harper's Bazaar in 2007. "I don't get the whole rail thing. It's not good for your heart, it's not good for your mind. It's emotionally destructive, it really is."
