The 2,374-square-foot residence has two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a one-bedroom guesthouse, and was reportedly purchased by the star for $6.35 million in 2007.

While Leo is moving out of Malibu, fans can catch him in "Shutter Island" this October, a film that reunites him with "The Departed" director Martin Scorsese. The pair also collaborated on "The Aviator" and "Gangs of New York."

However, Leo's not done with the beach just yet – according to Ecorazzi.com, the environment-minded star plans to break ground for a green, sustainable resort on Blackadore Caye island in Belize later this year.

The next time Leo steps out in the sun, though, it may be solo — a split with supermodel girlfriend Bar Refaeli was reported by People last week.
