Jon & Kate Gosselin's Divorce Finalized

Kate will live with the kids in the Pennsylvania house

Jon and Kate Gosselin are officially divorced.

Access Hollywood has confirmed that reality show parents have been granted the divorce by Pennsylvania's Montgomery County court.

According to a statement released by Kate Gosselin's rep to Access Hollywood, the couple has agreed on "the equitable distribution of marital property and the payment of child support."

"[Kate] will continue to reside with all eight of her children in the former marital home," Kate's attorney, Mark Momjian, said in the statement. "This was Kate's primary focus from the very start of the case, and we are very pleased with the final outcome."

The reality show mom said she is "relieved" by the outcome and is looking forward to the year ahead.

"I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on the children," Kate said in a statement. "On behalf of myself and my legal team, I want to express my deep appreciation to the Judge and his staff, as well as to the arbitrator, for resolving this case. This has been a challenging transition for all of us, but I am confident that we will move ahead with the important task of restructuring our lives."

The Gosselin's no-fault divorce was mutually agreed on by both parties and was based on "irretrievable breakdown of the marriage."

The former "Jon & Kate Plus 8" stars, who are parents to eight children, were married for 10 years.
