JWOWW Sued by Ex-Boyfriend/Manager

The ex-boyfriend and former manager of Jenni “JWOWW” Farley is suing the reality starlet for allegedly cheating him out of his share of profits.

Thomas Lippolis says he was more than just a boyfriend, and that JWOWW took advantage of his help in promoting her brand and securing deals with tanning lotions, vitamin products, and a plastic surgeon, according to a lawsuit filed Friday morning in Nassau County Supreme Court.

“He financed her, promoted her, believed in her,” Lippolis lawyer, Jeffrey Baum, told NBCNewYork. “He met her when she had nothing… he stood by her, when she was nothing.”

Baum said there was no set compensation being asked for because the profits are “driven by a percentage” and he’s still waiting on books to be provided, but he estimated at least a “couple of hundred thousand dollars.”

“We’re not just looking to file a suit and get a hundred bajillion dollars. It was a breach in contract,” Baum said.

The "Jersey Shore" star left her representation at New York-based Central Entertainment Group about ten months ago and Lippolis became her main representative, according to the PR group.

Lippolis is taking credit for a number of booked appearances, interviews, and said he helped launched her website and made arrangements with a plastic surgeon.

Baum said JWOWW has not been served yet. According to TMZ, sources close the reality star said that Lippolis did not negotiate her tanning or MTV contract and that he was paid for the appearances he booked.
