In 2006, Angela borrowed $453,750 from IndyMac Bank, agreeing to make payments on her loan monthly. However, last May, she stopped making the payments and as of Feb. 5, 2009 owes the loaner $23,224.98 in back pay, according to the Notice.

Additionally according to the Notice, the family's Whittier, Calif., home may be in foreclosure and sold. If she brings her "account in good standing," she can stop the process from happening, the paperwork notes.

Angela filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy last year, claiming she has between $500,000 and $1,000,000 in liabilities. The bankruptcy case was later dismissed.

In related news, Ed Suleman (the grandfather to Nadya's octuplets) is heading to "The Oprah Winfrey Show." He will appear on the February 24 episode of Oprah's show, Us Weekly reported.
