Chris Brown has been charged with two felonies over the February 8 incident with Rihanna, including assault and making criminal threats, Access Hollywood has learned.
According to a statement issued by the Los Angeles District Attorney's office, he has been charged with one count each of assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury and making criminal threats.

Brown is scheduled to appear in court after 3:30 PM on Thursday.
