David Arquette: Courteney Cox “Pissed” Over Stern Interview

David Arquette has more to share.

The “Scream 4” star returned to Howard Stern’s radio show Wednesday and revealed more details about his relationship with estranged wife Courteney Cox, two weeks after apologizing for having “shared too much” about the split on Stern’s program.

"She got really pissed," Arquette said about Cox’s reaction to the interview, in which Arquette revealed his wife of 11 years had stopped having sex with him months ago.

During the interview, Arquette also revealed he’d hooked up with a waitress while separated from the "Cougar Town" star.

The next day he apologized on Twitter for what he described as a “process of trial and error” in trying to speak honestly about his experience.

Arquette told Stern Wednesday that after the interview he and Cox “talked it all out and then we took a walk and it was great.”

“She had a right to get upset about some of the personal details,” he said, according to excerpts posted by People.

Arquette also appeared Wednesday on “Live! With Regis & Kelly,” where he said he decided to speak out because of untrue reports that he’d cheated.

He said he hoped to one day get back together with his ex.

“There’s always a chance, yeah. I mean, I love her with all my heart,” he said, EW reported. “I’ll be friends with her forever.”

Arquette and Cox, who have a 6-year-old daughter together, Coco, announced their separation earlier this month.
