The San Diego Lunar New Year Tet Festival celebrates the New Year, which is the most important holiday in Vietnam. This festival, hosted by the Vietnamese American Youth Alliance commemorates and honors the practices and customs of traditional Vietnamese culture during this sacred time.

In celebration of the Lunar New Year, the festival will exhibit Vietnamese homeland traditions as well as showcase an entire mock structure of a Vietnam village. There wil be no shortage of festivities between pageants, rides, games, music and ancestral rituals. Come and experience a taste of Vietnamese culture at a festival that is estimated to host over 6,000 attendees!!
