    AN ALL-WEATHER, ALL-SEASON FOOD... that can easily pop up on the most blustery winter day while also serving famished crowds at a summer or fall barbecue? It's chili, of course, that savory stew that can A) be deliciously made in literally thousands of ways, with "beans or no" serving as just the start, and B) eaten, in a pinch, regardless of what the calendar says. For while some foods, like melons, seem highly summery, and roasts belong to cold weather, chili rules most every month, and celebratory occasions, too, at least those occasions that are on the more relaxed and casual side. But the classic cuisine is getting its more elegant due as part of an annual happening at Pechanga Resort & Casino on Saturday, June 9, as the Temecula destination once again takes a starring role alongside a line-up of regional microbrews and craft brews.     TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE NOW: Your general admission ticket is $50, while the ticket you kindly buy for your designated driver is thirty bucks. Want to go VIP? There's an option for that: It's $65, and a good choice if you're seeking "... a more intimate environment to taste and appreciate the more than 100 beers and chili varieties on hand." There's a noon start time for VIP ticket holders, too, while the general ticket fun begins at 1 o'clock. Live music and a silent auction round out the big day, which'll see chili mavens trying a numerous samples created by the Pechanga chefs. Are you a hearty stew seeker, throughout the calendar?
