Tokyo Police Club headline a sold-out Casbah Friday.

I know I'm always racing toward the weekend, but maybe keep in mind that next week is Thanksgiving, so let's just pace ourselves so that we can all just get to enjoy the next couple weeks. Live music abounds, with the sold-out return of Tokyo Police Club to the Casbah and, also sold out, the return of the English Beat at the Belly Up. Nebula Drag partner with Nickel Beer at Soda Bar while Fister melt faces at Space. There's also room for lots of dancing at Whistle, Blonde, or Bar Pink, or catch locals Headphone at Winston's. If you're looking for a chill night, maybe enjoy Balboa Park at Panama 66 with our friends Birdy Bardot and the Midnight Pine. With the holidays approaching, the park becomes packed in the coming weeks, so maybe enjoy the attractions and open space while you still can move about freely within it. Whatever you choose, it's gonna be a solid weekend and week leading up to Thanksgiving.
