Tonight is an excellent night to head to the Casbah. The spunky Tacocat return, and their last show was epic. For a bonus, the Paranoyds are direct support and it's going to be a great top to bottom lineup of grrrl power. I also told you that the real Santana would be in town (despite all the cover and tribute bands who also played this week), so your parents are probably pretty happy about that. They'll be at the North Island Credit Union amphitheatre in Chula Vista with the Doobie Brothers. It's also a big night at Pechanga Arena, with Khalid headlining and Clairo opening, so pop and R&B lovers will definitely be flooding the Midway area. You've got some great options at our smaller spots, too, like Spacewizardinspace at Soda Bar, Remo Drive at the Irenic and the Alexander Project at Balboa Theatre.
