We have the bonus of a midweek Independence Day, so for many, that means a super long extended weekend into the holiday or at the very least, a nice way to break up next week, but however you spend it, know that sometimes there's a little lull in live shows, so get your fill while you can. Tonight at the Casbah is the return of Schizophonics. To be honest, there was a period where it felt like they were playing every week, but it's been put on ice a little so when you have the chance, you should definitely rock out with these local faves. Speaking of local faves, Little Hurricane are no longer San Diegans but we'll always love them as homegrown, and tonight they play the Coors Light Stage at the San Diego County Fair (watch the just-dropped SoundDiego premiere of their new video here). The Bones of J.R. Jones is in town at Soda Bar, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy brings some West Coast swing to Humphreys, and Air Supply is tonight's Fair headliner on the big stage.
