Sounds Like San Diego: Nov. 4

Can we just make San Diego Beer Week the holiday it really is?

Can cities proclaim holidays, or is that just a federal thing? Because it would be kinda sweet if we could just call San Diego Beer Week the holiday it is and take off the work week to catch all the fun events. It can't really happen, but that doesn't mean we can't get out and enjoy some of the fun things, especially when they cross over into the world of music. Tonight at the Casbah, three of our favorite breweries are taking over the Casbah, and with Hammered Satin and Babydoll Warriors providing the music (and doors being an hour earlier than usual), you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the fruits of these three great breweries' labor. Soda Bar has a sick show with genre defying Making Movies, the Cadillac Three rock the House of Blues, and Sue Palmer brings the boogie woogie to Humphreys Backstage Lounge.
