John Paul White headlines the Irenic on Sunday, Oct. 14.

This weekend has seen a ridiculous amount of amazing performers come through San Diego, and the parade continues tonight with a plethora of options. At the Irenic, catch half of the Grammy-winning duo Civil Wars as John Paul White revives his solo career. The singer/songwriter flexes his chops and will no doubt have the audience hanging on every word. Meanwhile, Marissa Nadler has taken a dark turn on her latest release, and you'll find it totally suits her as she takes the stage at the Casbah. Viral subway musicians Too Many Zooz hit the Belly Up, Creepxotica play the four year anniversary at our favorite Balboa Park drinking spot, Panama 66, and Clutch headline at the Observatory. And since I mentioned parades, Mayday Parade headlines House of Blues.
