Le Butcherettes (frontwoman Teri Gender Bender pictured) headline Casbah Thursday.

Every night this week has been as busy as a typical Friday or Saturday, and tonight is no different. We've got some sick shows, like Chase Atlantic at the Irenic; or the party band of today's youth, FIDLAR, at the Observatory North Park (read the new SoundDiego interview with them here); StayLoose is pretty great with a show Soda Bar; and our friends in Hexa play the Whistle Stop. I'm most excited about Le Butcherettes, however. This band is a powerhouse with some songs in Spanish and others in English, but all of it is super captivating. They take the stage at the Casbah with Le Ra and Stars at Night for a latinX feminist night of music (read the Le Butcherettes SoundDiego interview here).
