There are so many reasons to hit the town tonight and I, for one, am all in. Big Business will melt faces at their tour kickoff at the Casbah and Soda Bar is keeping hardcore kickin' tonight with Ringworm. SoCal reggae is also alive and well with the Devastators at the Belly Up and the track goes country with Chase Rice performing after the races. If you're feeling whimsical and want to catch lots of new music, Kaaboo is hosting their "Discovery Project" night, which is, in effect, a battle of the bands to see which locals are going to be billed for the big festival next month (read the SoundDiego preview here). It's going down at the Quartyard in downtown which is always a blast, especially under the open sky.
