I'm ready for a big Wednesday and we've got it tonight for sure. LA rockers Bad Suns are back in town with a headline slot at the Observatory North Park and their catchy songs lend themselves to eyes-closed-full-scream sing-alongs and I'm here for it. With their latest release on Epitaph, their star is definitely on the rise, even after already playing Coachella and Bonnaroo and some significant support slots in the past. Meanwhile, the Casbah's got some rock in store, too, with Philly's Low Cut Connie taking the stage. They made Rolling Stone's Top 50 Songs of 2018 list with their hit "Beverly" and with locals Space Force and Parker Meridien opening, it will be a fun genre-spanning evening of music. Homegrown singer Cassie B brings sultry vocals to Soda Bar, Al Stewart plays a sold-out show at the Belly Up, and rapper Gunna brings his crew to House of Blues. A well-rounded night, indeed.
