Kesha and Macklemore Trailblaze Summer

Kesha and Macklemore make a June 12 appearance at Mattress Firm Amphitheatre

It's adventure time. This summer, Kesha and Macklemore team up for the 30-city co-headlining The Adventures of Kesha and Macklemore tour.

Starting June 6 in Phoenix, Arizona, the pair will start making their way across the country, playing Chula Vista's Mattress Firm Amphitheatre on June 12.

Kesha has rebounded from her legal dispute with Dr. Luke in a big, big way. Aside from her chart-topping new album, "Rainbow," she's sold out her last headlining tour and was nominated for two Grammy Awards.

And Macklemore's not slowing down either. His first solo album in 12 years debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and No. 1 on the Rap, R&B/Hip-Hop and Independent Albums categories. What's more, the indie rapper also sold out his last U.S. tour.

The last time Kesha played San Diego was for an epic Pride performance in 2016, but Macklemore is going on five years since he came through with production partner Ryan Lewis.

Something tells me this tour is going to sell out immediately, so get your tickets as soon as the Live Nation box office opens. Pre-sales start Wednesday, Dec. 13, at 9 a.m. and general on-sale begins Friday, Dec. 15, at 12 p.m.

Feel good about it too, because $1 from every ticket sold will be donated to RAINN (Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network) and M Plus1, an organization that advances racial and social justice through the M&RL Equity Fund.

Dr. Luke might have won the legal battle, but it still looks like Kesha's coming out on top.
