Get yourself through humpday with some incredible shows: Midlake, hailing from Denton, Texas, return to San Diego after the recent release of Antiphon. The band has seen a lot of change over the course of their careers, including the 2012 departure of frontman Tim Smith. Longtime member Eric Pulido took over vocal responsibilities. He professes their new music to be more experimental and collaborative -- finally representing the group's true vision. Sweet Jesus headline at Tin Can, and Wynona -- as in Judd -- performs at the Belly Up.
