Sounds Like San Diego: October 14

Our brethren from the Bay Area, the Dodos, lead the pack with a show at the Casbah.

Whether you got a day off from work for Columbus Day or not, San Diego has a trio of standout shows on Monday along with the weekly tradition ones. Our brethren from the Bay Area, the Dodos, lead the pack with a show at the Casbah. Since their formation, the indie rockers have been consistent, with at least one annual date in San Diego, and if you've been holding your breath as I have, you can finally exhale and enjoy the awesome they always bring. Meanwhile, the House of Blues hosts up and comers the City and Colour, who seem to have had no problems finding their place on alternative radio. Finally, up at Soda Bar, you can catch Guitar Wolf from Japan, who couldn't be more aptly named for the axe slaying that will be witnessed. Of course, Tin Can Country Club is happening, and a plethora of other weekly favorites, but I think it's obvious where you can find me.
