Some weeks feel longer than others, and I'm definitely looking forward to this weekend. On Friday, we celebrate as Leon Bridges appears at a sold-out show at the Observatory North Park and the incredible Melissa Etheridge appears at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido. For the not-so massive show, you can head up to the Belly Up for our favorite Texan, Bob Schneider; or catch Pimps of Joytime with Con Brio at the Casbah. Rounding things out, Drinks play Soda Bar, LA Witch are at the San Diego Art Institute, and Have Mercy play the Voodoo Room at House of Blues.
