How is it possible that a week with a holiday can feel longer than a regular work week? Well, fear not, San Diego, because the weekend is here to blow off some steam. On Friday, Behind the Wagon play Bar Pink for some local love, Los Straitjackets return to the Casbah with Deke Dickerson, and Say Anything and Saves the Day take millennials on a little trip down memory lane at the House of Blues. The real dance party, however, is at the Presets' show at the North Park Theatre. The Check Yo Ponytail tour features the dance rock band, as well as LE1F, Chela, Franki Chan, the man behind the whole tour. I can't think of a better way to get my Friday night started.
