Sounds Like San Diego: May 6

Don't let blustery weather keep you home on Tuesday, not with so many great shows in town. If you loved British alternative rock in the '80s or if you were too young then to enjoy the glory, head over to Soda Bar where Loop is performing. They had a short but stunning career in the late '80s and have reformed to tour in the past couple years and one can only guess if they'll keep going, so catch them while you can. Meanwhile, the Casbah welcomes the return of Acid Mothers Temple for the lovers of Japanese psych. House of Blues has a top pick in Manchester Orchestra, who released their latest record, Cope, last month. With Kevin Devine supporting, this promises to be a great show to set off your Tuesday night in powerful ways.
