The extended weekend is over but the music never stops. Tonight, Modest Mouse return to San Diego with a show at SDSU's Open Air Theatre. Some might call them the godfathers of indie rock and no doubt their sound has evolved over the years, but they always put on a good show and this will be their first headline tour through in quite some time. If you're looking for great fronted indie-pop, Peach Kelli Pop play at Blonde. Casbah goes heavy with Barrows and Deep Sea Thunderbeast and Music Box hosts reggae with Italian brothers in Mellow Mood. Soda, Space, and the Merrow all have solid shows tonight, too, so no matter where you want to go, your music desires can be satiated.
