San Diego has you covered this Friday night -- from Huey Lewis & the News way up north at Pechanga to Subsurfer at the Salty Frog all the way south in Imperial Beach -- and everywhere in between. San Diegans are especially excited for the return of Dee Dee and the Dum Dum Girls. With a show at the Casbah that has been sold out for weeks, this is one homecoming we can all get behind. At the Irenic, Typhoon perform for an all-ages crowd, and though it's not quite sold out, you might want to get your tickets online because it could sell out before the doors open. The Casket Girls will be at the Hideout; down the block, the Donkeys take over Soda Bar; and the Ataris return to the House of Blues. That's a lot to choose from, so consider your options wisely.
