This is going to be an amazing weekend of music so hopefully you're well-rested and ready to get out and about. In fact, tonight might be one of those nights where you hop around town to catch a couple different shows. At the Casbah, the Redwoods Revue is having another big night. The San Diego Music Award-nominated collective is now a fixture among local artists and their shows are like a who's who of the local scene. Meanwhile in North Park, some of the best lady-fronted local acts are getting together for a Planned Parenthood fundraiser. I've seen some of the raffle items and believe me, you're going to want to buy tickets. Around town, Senses Fail play the Observatory, Half the Animal plays the Voodoo Room at House of Blues, and some of the CRSSD Fest artists hit up the clubs around town.
