Sounds Like San Diego: March 27

Alkaline Trio's Dan Andriano and Dave Hause head into Soda Bar for an intimate show

I have to say that I'm totally onboard with punk-rock vocalists either taking a break from their bands or finding new life as solo artists after their dissolution. Tonight at Soda Bar, enjoy an evening with Dave Hause and Alkaline Trio's Dan Andriano. Meanwhile, the Casbah has an interesting night presented by Everything is Terrible! These guys are kings of found footage, and I've seen "The Great Satan," and it's weird and funny and disturbing -- and I imagine watching in a room full of people makes it all the more entertaining, with doses of live comedy and music from the presenters. I assure this will be like nothing else you see anytime soon. Meanwhile, Triathalon play a sold-out show at the House of Blues Voodoo Room; "It's Been Awhile" since Aaron Lewis has played San Diego (sorry, I had to) so you can catch him at Sycuan; and Midwest pop artist Quinn XCII makes his Observatory North Park debut.
