Sounds Like San Diego: March 21

All-female group Pins play Casbah Monday

Let's make it easy and simple Monday, shall we? If you're looking to get out for some music tonight, Manchester's all-female Pins are appearing at the Casbah. On the heels of their journey to SxSW and after the release of their second record, these ladies offer fuzzed-out indie rock that leans toward the melancholy more than upbeat, but definitely deserves a listen. With September Gurls and Shady Francos on the bill, you know you won't be disappointed. Still, if that doesn't suit you, the Office has live music with Los Nastys, while Aries -- which is the so-called alter ego of Isabel Fernández Reviriego, not the hard-rock band from Annapolis with the same name -- and Makana and Paula Fuga bring Hawaiian slack to the Belly Up.
