Sounds Like San Diego: June 8

Rachel Platten heads up a killer hump day for live music in San Diego

Last night, our country made history with the first woman presidential nominee of a major political party, so with that trending, ladies rule the night tonight in San Diego. Rachel Platten, whose "Fight Song" would actually make a great political theme song, performs tonight at the San Diego County Fair. Meanwhile, at the Casbah, you can catch LA's 'disco-pop princess' Gavin Turek, or catch Aussie singer/songwriter Missy Higgins at the Belly Up. There are some seriously good ways to spend your Wednesday night, making the weekend feel not so distant.
