You can catch him on Wednesday at the Belly Up. Meanwhile, Casbah hosts up-and-comers Brother & Bones. With silky vocals and anthemic rises and falls in their songs, this might be the best band you've never heard of. Meanwhile, Soda Bar gets punked up with the Reigning Sound, the San Diego County Fair welcomes REO Speedwagon on the Grandstand, and Lit light up the Paddock stage.
