Sounds Like San Diego: July 11

Ozomatli, Jackson Browne, Bob Schneider and more head up San Diego's Wednesday concert action

This week has been a good one for music and it keeps getting better. Tonight, the city will be graced by the presence of Mr. Jackson Browne, playing in the warmth of the San Diego Civic Theatre. Tickets are gonna cost a pretty penny, but for a legend like Browne, it will certainly be worth it. If that's too rich for your blood, you still have some great options. At the Belly Up, one of our favorite Austinite troubadours, Bob Schneider, returns; while folk rolkers Goodnight, Texas play at the Casbah. Ozomatli play the first of two nights at Sycuan, while New York angst-rockers Big Ups headline Soda Bar. Pride is this weekend and summer events are keeping your docket full, but always try to leave some room for your live-music scene that gives and gives all year around.
