Thursday is the night many of you have been waiting for. After Muse postponed in December, the rescheduled date has finally arrived. There aren't many bands made for arenas these days, but Muse definitely has the sound and the stage show to fit the bill. For me, the excitement really lies in the fact that Phantogram is supporting the tour. It was only a few years ago when the band first played the Casbah and soon after moved on to House of Blues and several larger festivals and radio shows, but no doubt this will be the best way to be in front of thousands of new eyeballs -- and few bands are as deserving. If you're not going to the big show, Tim Heidecker is at the Casbah, our friends Nicely rock out at Soda Bar, and the Full Strength Funk Band plays a "free with RSVP" show at Music Box.
