If you were around the San Diego music scene in the '90s, featured in the documentary "It's Gonna Blow" (showing again on Saturday, in Tijuana), this is going to be your night at the Casbah. Olivelawn ripped back then and no doubt will shred on Saturday, along with Deadbolt -- "the world's scariest band" -- White Murder and one of my all time favorites, Uncle Joe's Big Ol' Driver. Incidentally, Andrew McKeag -- of UJBOD and also Presidents of the United States of America -- is back in town permanently and has been hired as the new production manager for shows presented by the Casbah. Meanwhile around town, Josh Damigo returns to Lestat's, Trailduster gets a little bit country at Black Cat, and Ignite perform at Soda Bar.
