It's a jam-packed weekend in San Diego, so bundle up to keep warm and let the music warm your soul. Pinback play their second of two nights at the Irenic and members of Big Bad Buffalo are ecstatic about getting to open for some of their musical heroes at this sold out show. Steve Poltz gets down with the Rugburns and special guests for the second night of his birthday celebration, and Moon Duo bring psychedelia back to the Casbah. Hippie Sabotage are back at the Observatory for the EDM crowd, Hazel English plays Soda Bar, and you can probably find more than a couple of ways to celebrate Mardi Gras or Carnivale around town, too. The only thing that could make tonight better is if we had another three day weekend.
