It has been an amazing year of live music in San Diego and it is just going to keep on going rolling right into 2012. I know there are dozens of prix fixe dinners and parties and club events, but we here at SoundDiego like to stick with the live music. Hopefully you planned ahead and bought a ticket to the best music event in town at the Lafayette Hotel with local heavyweights Transfer and The Silent Comedy heading up a phenomenal bill. If not, you can try to catch The Growlers at the Casbah or Beehive and the Barracudas at Bar Pink. Little Hurricane tops the bill of Big Night San Diego at the Hilton and El Ten Eleven will play multiple sets at the Soda Bar, so there are still options if you waited until the last minute to make plans. Whatever you choose, be safe and ring in 2012 with some San Diego rock n' roll.
