Sounds Like San Diego: December 11

Jessica Hernandez & the Deltas head up a great Thursday night for music in San Diego

Casbah is once again being graced by the legendary band X, and once again, this one is completely sold out. Sometimes you have to pay attention to get ahead of the good stuff. Fortunately there are other great options tonight, like Jessica Hernandez & the Deltas, who made their network TV debut last week on "Letterman," or the Soft White Sixties who sound just like their name and play to an all-ages crowd tonight at the Loft at UCSD. For bizarre bookings of the night, see Coolio at Tin Roof downtown, or get in the holiday spirit with Venice tonight at the Belly Up. Plenty of great shows to get around to if you're feeling the midweek blahs.
