Sounds Like San Diego: Dec. 1

Dead Cross howl with intensity at Casbah Tuesday

It's Tuesday night, and there are limited choices for live music, but everyone I know is over the moon about the show at the Casbah. Dead Cross is a new project with members including Gabe Serbian, Justin Pearson, Mike Crain along with Dave Lombardo of Slayer. Yes. Slayer. Apparently they crossed paths while meeting with producer Rick Ross, and after linking up, they decided to get together -- and now the band graces the little Casbah stage. This is going to be an intense show, and you're not going to want to miss it. Of course, there are a few other live shows around, including David Lindley at Belly Up, rappers Grouch and Eligh at Observatory, and Halloran's regular Tuesday at the Merrow with Giant Surprise.
