We're getting over the hump of the week, and there aren't many touring acts to motivate you to get out into the storm of the century, but fortunately we're robust with local acts to fill out your Wednesday. Of course, the notable tours would be Chris Isaak's famous holiday show at the Belly Up, which is awesome and sexy and always sold out, and for the pop-punk kids, Soma brings it down with a mighty package headlined by Dance Gavin Dance. For the local-lover in you, catch some burl at the Casbah with Author & Punisher headlining, while the Whiskey Circle plays one of many shows this month at the Hideout. Over at Soda Bar, catch Tall Tales & the Silver Lining from L.A., which isn't exactly a massive drive, but we'll give them an A for getting down the I-5 in this weather.
