Sounds Like San Diego: August 3

Shannon & the Clams at the Casbah are just one of Sunday night's big draws

If the weekend didn't quite get the party out of your system, or if being cooped up at home in this weather has just gotten to you, you're in luck tonight. The ever-entertaining and talented Shannon and the Clams perform at the Casbah, and don't miss Colleen Green, who has been booked in San Diego a few times this year but seems to always have some cause for cancellation beyond her control. Meanwhile, Soda Bar hosts New Zealand's Dave Kilgour & The Crazy Eights, better known for his time with The Clean, is still pumping out relevant and timely music today. Around town, Tom Petty is at Viejas Arena at SDSU, Josh Abbott Band is at The Belly Up, and Anna Troy comes home for a show at Lestat's.
