It's been an eventful week so far and we're only halfway through. To really set your Wednesday night right, head to Humphreys, or as I always suggest -- a kayak, raft or canoe -- to listen to the sexy crooning of Roxy Music's Bryan Ferry. The weather this week has been amazing so a night at Humphreys should be perfect. Of course, other options abound around town. At the Whistle Stop, Tex-Mex great Billy Bacon is playing two sets, which is why their usual Wednesday night Open Oscillator (an open mic of locals playing electronic music) is at the Casbah. Old Man Wizard play Soda Bar and Alisa Weilerstein plays Summerfest at UCSD's Prebys Concert Hall. It's a lovely night of music if you just get out to find it.
