With such a diverse span of music, there should be something for everyone looking to catch some live music on Tuesday. Humphreys Concerts By the Bay hosts Grammy Award winner Esperanza Spalding. In 2011, Spalding took the statuette for Best New Artist and her jazz stylings should certainly please the folks by the bay. A funny sidenote is that, after she won the Grammy, her Wikipedia page was apparently hacked by angry Justin Bieber fans. If jazz isn't your thing, perhaps some country-tinged rock & roll is in the cards with Hit Dog Hollar at the Casbah, who will headline a solid local bill for the night. Other great options include Stephen Rey over at "El D", Civil Twilight at the Belly Up, and Joy at the Tin Can.
