My eyes are popping out of my head just sifting through all of the incredible events and shows happening on Saturday. I'll probably spend the first part of my day at the Vinyl Junkies Record Swap at the Casbah, where our own Robin Roth and Daye Salani will be spinning alongside No Knife's Mitch Wilson, Brian Karscig of the Nervous Wreckords and Dale Crover of the Melvins. By night, I think I'll go to the Irenic to see the return of San Diego's Ilya, who have adjusted their lineup and released a new record, In Blood. Of course, there are plenty of shows even after that, so perhaps Oh, Spirit at Soda Bar or the newly reformed New Kinetics at the Casbah are calling my name. Hopefully you can find some great options tonight that call your name.
