As the second weekend of Coachella approaches, San Diego continues to enjoy the artists who have come down between the weekends. Bombay Bicycle Club has a nearly sold-out show at the Belly Up, while Bryan Ferry has a fully sold-out show at Humphrey's By the Bay. The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion return to San Diego with an intimate show at the Casbah, and Cypress Hill will certainly smoke out the House of Blues. Our smaller venues have great options, too, like the Midnight Pine at the Hideout (they're also at Bar Pink earlier in the evening), and Foreign Suns at Seven Grand. Why wait for the weekend to rock out?
