Coachella is right around the corner, so we've already started to see the trickle of artists playing the festival stopping in town before, between and after the bookend weekends, including acts lie Australia's indietronica Miami Horror, who cruise into the Belly Up on Tuesday. But there are also some awesome shows just taking advantage of the industry excitement, and I have to say, choosing between the rawness of Fat White Family and the driving guitar energy of Diarrhea Planet isn't an easy choice to make, but I'm kinda leaning Soda Bar because I still remember the feeling of first seing the band and barely picking my jaw off the floor. Still, too many good shows is a great problem to have this Tuesday, so enjoy the scene, whatever part fits you best, and thank me in the morning.
