SAN DIEGO, CA - JULY 16: Navy personnel pose for a picture with drag queen Bianca Sullivan before marching in the San Diego gay pride parade July 16, 2011 in San Diego, California. About 200 active-duty troops and veterans from every branch of the military participated for the first time in the march as the ban on the government policy on homosexuals serving in armed forces, or 'Don't ask Don't Tell', remains in flux in the justice system (Photo by Sandy Huffaker/Getty Images)

It's Weekend II of Over the Line, Pride weekend in San Diego, and there are plenty of parties to spice up your life over the next few days.

But first, the 91x Del Mar Summer Concert Series kicks off on Friday with Wavves performing after the last race. There will be 10 shows in all this summer, and they are free with your track admission. 91x will also be broadcasting live, so swing by and say hello. Check out more info here. If you’re looking for something fun to do after that, check out the grand opening of Block No. 16 Union & Spirits downtown. Get details via this link. There’s also Moonshake at Kadan with resident DJs Dazzla, Lee Reynolds and Mark Quark.

The annual Pride Festival takes over Balboa Park this weekend. More than 50,000 people are expected, and clubs and bars all over San Diego will be having their own parties to boot. Diamond Dust hits Kitty Diamond Saturday, with two rooms of dancing to electro, indie, nu-disco ‘90s, ‘80s and more. Plus, a fashion show with local designers. There’s also a Pride Party at Eden featuring Deborah Cox and DJs Tatiana, Taj, Justin Ryan and Derek Monteiro.

Check out the Sunday funday action at Wavehouse, with Madeon, Style of Eye, Hot Mouth and Brazzabelle. Intervention features headliner Bob Sinclar at the Hard Rock Hotel. Plus, Quality Social brings you House Music Sunday.

Keep up to date via my blog here and I’ll see you on the dance floor!
