Today, we offer the subjects of our last SoundDiego SoundCheck, Transfer, with "My Suspicions." Known for their atmospheric indie rock and lush harmonies, Transfer describe themselves on Facebook as "a muumuu of music draped over the grandma of their genre." Consisting of Matt Molarius (vocals), Shaun Cornell (bass / keyboards), Michael Cooper (drums), and Jason Cardenas (guitar), Transfer have been fixtures in the San Diego music scene for many years, receiving multiple San Diego Music Awards and airplay on both FM 949 and 91X.
Their new critically acclaimed record, FutureSelves, was released independently in early November 2009 on Obscure Magpie and is available via iTunes, and at Lou's Records and M-Theory Music.

Following a sold-out CD release show at the Casbah, Transfer returns to that venue on March 10-11 before heading to Austin, Texas, for SXSW.
